Hey everyone, I'm Holly (aka Holly Sheridan) !!  I'm a single mom, business owner, entrepreneur, and passionate about helping local families.

By God's grace alone, I launched my second law practice in 2025 and am beyond thrilled to build its foundation in the heart of my favorite small town, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.  

That said, my professional opinion and approach to helping families navigate the family law court system has changed significantly. If you ask me what changed... the answer is everything.

My life changed. My family changed. I changed. My vision changed. 

At CFS, we aim for resolution outside of the courtroom.  We are transparent, honest, compassionate, and speak from the heart.  For almost 15 years, I have listened to clients in Chester County tell me about their family dynamics and struggles.  I can assure you that no  family's story is the same.  I no longer believe "winning in court" is the best I can offer my clients.   At that juncture, your family is already stuck in a court system that treats everyone's family the same.  My clients and community deserve better. 

At CFS, we use client collaboration to search for long term solutions for your nuclear family.  I've been told my greatest strength as a lawyer is legal strategy and I naturally focus on the "big picture" to design a plan for all my clients.  At CFS, you are apart of this planning process.  My clients make informed decisions and work with us to map out a path forward that is in your families best interest.  There is a solid chance you will laugh a lot too!

We talk about the importance of coparent communication, self care and mental health.  We love children and walk-ins.  We work together to de-escalate domestic conflict within our local community.
